When will my order ship?

If you placed your order before 11 AM PST, it will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship out the next business day.

What carrier does AlkaViva use?

AlkaViva uses UPS and USPS. Larger items like ionizers are shipped via UPS, while smaller items, like replacement filters, are typically shipped via USPS. 

When will my package arrive? Do I get tracking?

Transit time will vary based on your shipping destination.

You will receive an email with tracking information once the shipping label has been created for her order.

International Orders

A flat $250 fee added onto any order for delivery outside the United States and/or Canada which covers the cost of shipping and the cost of conversion to 220v (the flat fee is $175 if your country does not require conversion). If your country requires 220V, a special request must be made at the time of order for the conversion. Shipping is via UPS International Shipping and includes tracking and insurance. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. The terms of the AlkaViva warranty as outlined above applies to all international retail orders. However, customers who purchase any AlkaViva ionizer for delivery outside the United States shall bear any and all shipping costs to and from an authorized AlkaViva repair center (as decided by AlkaViva) for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees resulting from transit for repair. We suggest that any customer on an untreated water source (such as well or catchment) provide a water quality report to AlkaViva so that we may determine if pre-filtration is recommended.
