Fall is officially here, and with it comes crisp evenings, cozy sweaters, and the craving for warm, comforting meals. While it’s easy to reach for traditional autumn comfort foods, many of them are heavy and acidic. At AlkaViva, we believe you don’t have to sacrifice taste for health. That’s why we’re sharing this alkaline-friendly twist on a seasonal classic: Creamy Pumpkin Alkaline Soup.
This recipe is simple, nourishing, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend gathering. It’s packed with fall flavors and boosted with the benefits of alkaline water for a smoother taste and better hydration.
